DONOR & REFUND POLICY

We appreciate your generosity in supporting our mission. To ensure transparency, we operate under the following policy: 

Refunds: As a non-profit foundation, all donations are generally considered non-refundable. However, if a donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate transaction), please contact us within 7 days for a resolution.

Designated Funds: If you donate to a specific project, the funds will be used for that purpose. If a project is overfunded, excess funds will be redirected to the area of greatest need.

Receipting: Official receipts are issued for all manual transfers once proof of payment is verified.

Anonymity: We respect donor privacy. If you wish for your donation to remain anonymous, please indicate this when sending your proof of payment.
